Happy new year! It is the season¡¯s greeting from all the staff of Terahertz Research and Development Network of China. We wish a happy and lucky new year!
With the fast development of Terahertz science and technology, Terahertz Research and Development Network of China has come into being thanks to the concern and help from the scholars and experts of this field at home and abroad. For the past two years, in spite of difficulties, this website has been insisting on the goals of serving the THz researchers, promoting THz research and development, as well as facilitating the cooperation and information exchanges. As a highly evaluated and encouraged website, Terahertz Research and Development Network will contribute more for strengthening the academic communication of THz science and technology. Therefore, the solely international online journal Terahertz Science & Technology (Vol. 1, Issue 1) will be officially published on 28th, February, 2008.
Terahertz Science and Technology (TST) accepts English manuscript only, which is a free quarterly international journal (free submission, publication and downloading) so far. In order to create an online journal with better quality, we sincerely welcome the criticism and suggestions from the THz experts all over the world. At the same time, the online journal website is under construction and it will be accomplished very soon.
As the exclusive official medium of SICAST 2007 (Shenzhen International Conference on Advanced Science and Technology), TST will publish in succession all the fourteen reports from those famous scholars of this filed. The following reports will be published in the first issue.
