We are pleased to announce the 8th UK-Europe-China Workshop on mm-Waves and THz Technologies, UCMMT-2015, taking place from 14th-16th September 2015 in Cardiff, UK.

Registration is now open at:
http://sites.cardiff.ac.uk/ucmmt2015/

The conference will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the National Museum of Wales. It is a unique forum, where World-leading scientists from China, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe share their knowledge in the field of millimetre waves and THz sources, devices, systems and applications.

UCMMT was formerly known as the UK-China Millimetre Waves and Terahertz Technology Workshop, created in 2008 to stimulate and strengthen knowledge and cultural exchange between the UK and China in this domain. In 2012 the workshop (held in Nanjing, China) was extended to include mainland European participants, reflecting the strong geographical demand for closer collaboration in the progress of THz science and technology.
UCMMT is held alternately one year in China and one year in Europe.

The conference will cover a range of topics, including:

Millimetre waves and THz sources, amplifiers, systems and applications:
Space applications, Astronomy, Earth Observation, Solid state, Vacuum electronics, Antennas, Instrumentation, Measurement & Characterisation, Spectroscopy, Communications, Imaging, Components, Sources, Detectors

There will also be an award for the best student paper.

The attendance will be limited to approximately 150 people.

We look forward to welcoming you all to UCMMT 2015, in Cardiff.
