Schedule of the Fourth UK/Europe- China MMW& THz Technology Seminar

    China THz R&D Network was informed by the organizing committee of the Fourth UK/Europe-China Workshop on MMW& THz Technologies about the schedule settled down recently. The seminar will be held in Glasgow, UK, from 1st to 3rd September, 2011.

    With the fast development of MMW and THz technology in recent decade, numerous scientists of physics, electronics and photonic engineering start to realize the importance of multi-disciplinary research and communication. In September 2008, the first China-UK Workshop on MMW& THz Technologies was held in UESTC (University of Electronic Science and Technology in China), which was firstly proposed by Academician Liu Shenggang of CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences). In November, the second Workshop on MMW& THz Technologies was held in Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL) Oxford, UK and currently the third UK/Europe- China Workshop on MMW& THz Technologies was just successfully completed in Beijing, China.
